Himalayan Brews was born from a simple dream: to create a space where the rich traditions of Nepali hospitality meet the modern café culture. Founded in 2020, in the heart of Thamel, we set out to redefine what a café experience could be in Kathmandu.
Our journey began with sourcing the finest coffee beans from the highlands of Gulmi and Palpa, where dedicated farmers cultivate some of the world's most unique arabica beans. We partnered directly with local farmers, ensuring fair prices and sustainable practices.
But we didn't stop at coffee. We wanted to celebrate Nepal's culinary heritage. Our momos are crafted using recipes passed down through generations, and our masala chiya is brewed with spices sourced from the Terai plains.
